Including fresh fish from a Lowestoft fishing boat crewed
by Aldeburgh fishermen straight from the boat to the hotel.

Perhaps start with steamed Brancaster mussels or pan-fried scallops
with crispy fennel salad, sweet sherry dressing.
Then choose from skate wing grilled with lemon caper & parsley butter
or wild sea bass, sweet chilli & tomato jam
or a whole Dover sole grilled with beurre noisette or ……
