It is now the law for our guests to wear a face covering when entering, leaving and moving around the hotel. It can be removed when seated to eat or drink or where other exemptions apply. Forgot your mask? Don’t worry, we will be selling disposable masks for £1 and donating the proceeds to our partner charity, Macmillan Cancer Support.
Earlier closing times
Our bar and restaurant will now close by 10pm. We will be calling last orders at 8.30pm for food and 9.30pm for drinks. Our team will be working hard to ensure our customers have the highest levels of service, ensuring your time with us is as enjoyable as always.
All food and drink must be ordered from and served to the table only, both inside and outside the hotel. Our team will be on hand to take your orders.
Test and Trace
To support NHS Test and Trace we are required to record contact details of every customer, or in the case of groups, one person from each table. We also have a QR code stationed in each of our entrances. Our team will be able to take your details when you arrive or guide you through our QR code check in.
As part of our STAY SAFE promises, our hotel is laid out so you can enjoy your time with us, while socially distancing from other customers.
Rule of six
For the wellbeing of our team and guests, please remember that it is unlawful to mix in groups of more than six people. For this reason, we are unable to take bookings or to join tables together in order to accommodate parties of more than 6.
The safety of our guests and our teams is always our number one priority, which is why we ask you to follow these important requests to help us look after everyone in the hotel.
While the situation continues to be fast moving, we will keep you updated with any changes that may impact how you spend time with us.
I would like to wish you and your families good health and to thank you for your continued support, we hope to see you soon to enjoy some well earnt time at The Wentworth Hotel.
