Do you have a car park?

We have a car park which can accommodate 30 cars. In addition there is limited parking in Wentworth Road. We regret we cannot reserve car parking spaces.

Does the hotel have Wi-Fi?
Yes it does, but please bear with us as we cannot always guarantee the speed & efficiency of the signal in certain areas of the hotel.

If being connected is very important to you, we recommend that you register with The Cloud before you arrive at the hotel. This will also allow you access to the Internet at any other establishments signed up to The Cloud. For more information go to their website - www.thecloud.net

Is there a lift?
No, the hotel does not have a lift. We do have five ground floor rooms though if stairs are a problem.

Are children welcome?
Yes, well behaved children are very welcome.

When can I check in?
Official check in time is from 3.00pm. However in many instances rooms are ready before that time and even if the room is not ready for you we can store your luggage whilst you get on with your holiday.

What time do I have to check out? 
11.00am is the official check out time.

Is there a dress code in the Restaurant?
Smart casual is fine (no shorts please).

Do you cater for special diets?
Yes we do. Please try and inform us of your needs before you arrive.

Does the hotel have unassisted disabled access?
No, we only have assisted access but our system works very well.

Will there be help with our luggage when we arrive.
Yes, if you need help there will be someone to help you. Please ask when checking in.

Can we bring our dog on holiday with us?
Well behaved dogs are very welcome everywhere within the hotel except on the furniture and in the Restaurant. The only exception to the latter are guide dogs. And, as much as we know your dog is a very important part of your family we have had to say no to setting up tables for breakfast and dinner in the lounges so that dogs can eat with their owners.
Please note that we charge £5.00 per dog per night

Can you read our minds?
No, so please tell us when you make your reservation of anything you think we need to know and which will make your time at the Wentworth an enjoyable one.

If I have a cause for complaint during my stay, what should I do?
We hope that you will not have anything to complain about but if you do please tell us immediately and we shall do our best to resolve the problem.
