No, the hotel does not have a lift. We do have five ground floor rooms though if stairs are a problem.
We have a “no-smoking” policy throughout the hotel. This includes the terrace and gardens.
Yes, well behaved children are very welcome.
Well behaved dogs are very welcome everywhere within the hotel except on the furniture and in the Restaurant. The only exception to the latter are guide dogs. And, as much as we know your dog is a very important part of your family we have had to say no to setting up tables for breakfast and dinner in the lounges so that dogs can eat with their owners. Please note that we charge £5.00 per dog per night.
